Stronghold Construction partnered with the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma to build a new ~10,000 SF, single-story ICF medical clinic shell expansion for the IHS facility in Seminole County. Using insulated concrete forms for a storm-safe, high-performance envelope and engineering the structure for a future second-story expansion, Stronghold delivered a durable foundation for long-term healthcare growth while meeting IHS requirements and complex site and utility coordination.
